Publishing students' writing is acknowledging that their writing is worthy of an audience. You can use the Shelf diorama idea presented on page 210 in The Writing Book to support your students to illustrate and publish their writing.

Here are some fantastic examples from Frenchville School in Queensland, and Gabriella Shelhot's Year 1 and 2 students at St Fiacre's Primary, Sydney.
