Early bird available until 20 June

Book clubs (also known as literature circles) are student-led and involve small groups of students reading the same novel or text. They offer an opportunity for students to read, reflect, discuss, and respond to books in an authentic and meaningful way. Book clubs encourage both individual and collaborative work, helping students develop inference skills, expand their vocabulary, and engage in rich discussions about comprehension, different perspectives, themes, and the author’s purpose.

In this workshop, we will share practical strategies for establishing book clubs in your classroom.

You will also receive free resources to help you get your book clubs up and running.

More information and a code to join this workshop will be emailed to attendees closer to the time.
