This resource could be used during shared reading by selecting the 'Read the story to me' option. The story is available in English and te reo Māori.

Daisy Chain
This is a beautifully animated and presented anti-bullying story by Galvin Scott Davis (read by Kate Winslet). If you wanted to use it in writing, students could:

• retell the story
• create their own anti-bullying story (following the ideas in this story)
• describe one of the characters
• describe the setting (the playground at the beginning and end would make an interesting comparison).
