My pocket poem publishing template

This is a mini poem that students can publish on the My pocket poem publishing template from The Poetry Book.

It would be a lovely poem to give to someone.

The poem could be:

• a metaphor about a special person
• a list of memories from the year
• a list of abstract nouns that capture memories from the year or qualities of a person
• a thank you to someone.
